Using BookServicing, customers can book an appointment for car servicing in less than a minute. The vehicles are photographed before the start of service for the future reference thus making people trust-worthy. Customer can track the progress and is well informed about the advisor. On completion of service, customer can view the invoice online and make payment. BookServicing also brings up exclusive packages and discounts for its customers at service centers. A nominal amount is charged for the service. A review system is provided, where in the customers could provide feedback on service completion. They have a strict policy of “No Fake Review” and “No Sponsored Review” and no option for walk-in/guest reviews.
We grew From 2 to 10
Started off with a team size of 2, currently they have 10 enthusiasts working for. They started the operation in Noida and Ghaziabad extending it to Delhi NCR then. Abhishek Rai, the CEO, is a software professional having a decade experience in creating software solutions for some of the technology giants like Motorola, Arris and Google. He has also worked for Nortel and Texas Instruments, and touched the lives of millions through his work on network and communication devices. His wife Priya Rai, the backbone of this start-up, manages the backend operations and marketing.
What are we up to
They started working on it since October, 2015. Though it’s a bootstrapped one currently there are over 50+ service centres in Delhi NCR working with them in enhancing customer experience and accessing the sales catering services to over 1000 customers.
Currently they are working on improving the quality of service offered in the ecosystem, by setting the accountability through reliable and transparent platform. Being customer centric, they built solutions and added features considering customer’s needs. They are planning to expand by reaching out 5 more cities by the end of 2016.
