Crowd4Test.com is a Bengaluru – based crowd testing and user experience testing startup. The startup had announced yesterday (23/08/2017) that it has received seed funding from Smart Software Testing Solutions Inc. (SSTS), though the exact amount of seed funding received is unknown. Crowd4Test.com was founded by Ranganadh Damera in 2015. The startup gets users’ feedbacks for websites, mobile apps and computer software by means of an online community. SSTS will integrate its mobile device cloud platform, pCloudy, and its artificial intelligence – powered mobile app testing platform with Crowd4Test.com, the company said in a statement. As a part of this investment deal, SSTS’s co-founder and director, Avinash Tiwari, will join Crowd4Test.com’s Board of Directors (BoD). SSTS is an automated product testing company. It was founded in 2015 by Avinash Tiwari, Pankaj Goel and Lalit Jain. The company has two software – as – a – service (SaaS) products, OpKey and pCloudy. OpKey tests for the proper functioning of mobile software while pCloudy tests the entire life cycle of a mobile app. According to the Company, the two products serve over two hundred clients between them, including Accenture, Honeywell and Reliance Jio.
“By combining our mobile device cloud and AI-powered app certification engine with over 2,000 strong global community of testers at Crowd4Test, we are positioned to serve mobile testing needs for all segments of our clients from DIY to real user beta testing and A/B testing”, Tiwari said.
Prior to this investment, SSTS had raised US $1 million in the pre-Series round of funding from YourNest Angel Fund and a clutch of other angel investors during February last year (2016). Read more on Startup News
