Amitabh Bachchan posts an update on his Twitter and Facebook saying his Samsung Galaxy Note 7 battery charges only upto 60%. When will it charge upto 100%. He asks Samsung to revert soon on this, else he will throw it and buy iPhone.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is in news for all the negative feedback it received from customers. It became popular mainly for blasting due to faulty battery. Samsung has recalled the entire phones globally to change battery. To stop the phone from exploding, they have release a temporary update that restricts the phone from charging more than 60%. This proves that Amitabh Bachchan also carries to faulty piece.  The phone is not launched in India yet, which means Big B bought it outside India and getting a replacement is tough. He resorts to social media for a solution.

The update by Big B was posted at 4:08 Pm (sep 30th) on Twitter and SamsungMobileIndia replies at 10:48Pm saying that a new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be delivered shortly. Amitabh Bachchan is a popular icon and Samsung replied to him. What if it was some other person? Samsung’s tweet was replied by people saying that this account finally replied to someone at least. Recently BlackBerry said they will no longer manufacture phones. They will only concentrate on software. Such incidents may put Samsung in the similar news section of BlackBerry.
