Reliance Jio Trap exposed on LinkedIn
Just today I thought of trying Reliance Jio services to give you a feedback. Thanks to a LinkedIn user’s post I saved some money and time. This post is about how Mr. Manas Mohan got trapped by Reliance Jio with their, free data till Dec 31st offer. Mr. Manas gets a notification that he has reached the maximum data limit of 2Gb. He then called up customer care 52 times to inquire about his lifetime free data offer, but did not get a response. This is becoming a repetitive problem with the behavior of Reliance Family. They trap you with their attractive offers. Once you get onboarded, they give you nightmare with their service.
This is the age of the customer and I am not sure what Reliance is achieving by upsetting customers. Mukesh Ambani spends crores on Reliance JIO marketing and offerings, but upsets the customers with bad customer handling processes. My Vodafone is costing me 300-500 bucks a month and gives me great customer experience. I do not want to have these Reliance Jio complications in my life to save that amount on telecom bill. I would rather spend that time with family or work, than calling up Reliance or waiting for number activation. Apart from Mr Mohan there are two other users, Sruthi Sharman and Vinay who got Reliance Jio SIM cards in August but the service did not get activate yet.
