Nexhop is a Technology Startup supporting Offline stores. Main aim is to enable stores with state of the art software technologies so that they can acquire, engage and retain their customer base in the fast moving world of eCommerce. It all started with the idea that stores in the west are much more tech savvy than the ones that are in India, shops in India were still unable to transact seamlessly between offline and online as they did not have any technology to support the in-store customer with online tools such as reviews, ratings, latest trends etc. And these things matter most to the millennial shoppers before they let go of their money. They soon saw a business potential in the idea and it was more like a Gold rush and Shovel story where every store will eventually go online and they would provide them the technology to be there and interact seamlessly between offline (in-store) and the online world.
Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and the list goes on, with the online market being a hit all the app developers and the startups associated with app development begun to circumvent around the online merchandise to just grab the opportunity to develop the app for the online store. People shopping online had increased rapidly all over the globe. And that was an opportunity to the app developers and e-commerce business boosting up. At this point Nexhop a startup from India which came up to concentrate on the off line stores.
